Join NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) for a conversation with the experienced animation production team at Studio Gilay, which is a 50% Indigenous-owned Australian studio focused primarily on animation. We will discuss their process in producing and developing animated stories and projects, working in the animation industry, working with First Nations communities in storytelling, and their latest projects.

This conversation will include Studio Gilay directors Jake Duczynksi and James Hackett, producer Melissa Azizi, and senior designer Paul Carlton.
